Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes an estimated 6 to 9 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
My order is late, what should I do?
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us at contact@ocianstore.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@ocianstore.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the return is received and approved, to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or is incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email contact@ocianstore.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Are prices in U.S. dollars?
Yes. All prices on our website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
Products & Sizing
How do I choose my glove size?
Measure the circumference of your hand around the knuckles (excluding the thumb) in inches and compare it with the size guide on each product page. Knit and thermal gloves are one size and stretch to fit most hands.
Do the gloves work with touchscreens?
Gloves marked as touchscreen have conductive fingertips that let you use your phone without taking them off.
How do I care for my gloves?
Follow the care instructions on each product page. Leather gloves should be wiped clean and kept away from direct heat; knit gloves can be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry.
