We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to request a return

Email us at contact@ocianstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges: return the item and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery or returned without their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after the return is received and approved to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. If it has not appeared after 15 business days, email us at contact@ocianstore.com.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us at contact@ocianstore.com with your order number.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.
