Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

How to track your order

• Open the shipping confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout and click the tracking link.
• You can also open the order status page from your order confirmation email at any time to see the latest status of your order.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in an estimated 6 to 9 business days. If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, or if your parcel seems delayed, contact us at contact@ocianstore.com with your order number and we will check it for you.
